What can you expect before the Build-Day-Sprint (BDS)
Before the build-day-sprint (BDS) is scheduled, a bit of prep work needs to occur. You will have some homework to tackle in order to get the most out of the BDS.
- Once we’ve had an opportunity to evaluate the BDS questionnaire, we will set up a kick-off call. In this call, we can answer any questions you might have and set our goals and expectations for the BDS.
- After the call, we will provide you a custom checklist for your project. The checklist will include your homework for tasks that need to occur before scheduling the BDS.
- Once the BDS has been scheduled, The ball is now in our court to begin the custom design mockup(s). We will present the design(s) first thing on your BDS.
- A staging website will be set, and site access will be established prior to the Build-Day-Sprint.
- A sitemap will be created based on your BDS questionnaire.
What can you expect on the Build-Day-Sprint
A typical BDS would be 9 AM-5 PM PST, with an hour lunch break.
- All decision-makers on the site need to be present and accounted for.
- We’ll begin by reviewing the website mockups and work together to polish off the design. Our goal is to spend about an hour designing and the remaining sprint time developing the site in WordPress.
- We will have a couple of set milestones where we need your participation. However, you can choose to spend as much time as you want with us. I love building websites, and am happy to bring you along on the journey. You’ll have the opportunity to learn as much as you want.
What can you expect after the Build-Day-Sprint (BDS)
Our goal is to deliver a product you’re happy with and can take with you and make your own. If additional consulting is needed from our team, we offer additional hourly and daily packages. See our pricing to learn more »
If you’re happy with the site, the balance of your payment will be due. Once paid, we will migrate your site to your desired available domain.

We consider ourselves consultants. Your investment is a flat rate price for our time spent together assisting you with your web goals. At the end of each sprint, you have the option to pay the balance of the package price or continue with an additional engagement. Our hope is that you will have the skillsets in place after our time together to continue developing your website.
